How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?
After production, which typically can take approximately 7-17 business days, we will ship out your order(s). Your item(s) may come in different packages at different times depending on which item(s) you may have ordered.
Why Did I Only Get A Portion Of My Order?
At times, we may subcontract out another printer to help with production, may use another business to print specific products, and shipping times may vary between each of these different businesses, subcontractors, and ourselves. In order to expedite you receiving your packages, we will direct ship from these other entities directly to the address you provided us during checkout. If you made a mistake in your shipping address at checkout and TRUEWAVE LLC is currently using a third party printer to complete, or work on a portion of your order, we may not be able to change your shipping address with the third party printer unless you provide us an email within 24 hours of your order date and time. What Shipping Services Do You Normally Use?
Currently, TRUEWAVE LLC ships out primarily with USPS (United States Postal Service), and uses the Ground Advantage Service. Normal shipping practices with USPS for this Ground Advantage takes approximately 2-5 days shipping for all USA based customers. International Customers typically receive USPS International Shipping that can take up to 2-3 weeks for product arrival depending on customers shipping destination and customs clearance. TRUEWAVE LLC makes every effort possible at time of shipping to ensure a seamless customs transaction at any/all border crossings to expedite shipping times effectively. TRUEWAVE LLC is not held liable for any unusual business/shipping/declaration/hold/tariff practices by a customers country of residence. At times, some countries postal services are on strike, and TRUEWAVE LLC is not held liable for any additional shipping times these imposed strikes may cause on delayed shipping. I Paid For Expedited Shipping, Why Isn't My Package Here Yet?
It takes time for us to produce your order, so if you paid for 2 day, Next Day, Expedited shipping, it is possible we haven't even gotten your blank products in yet to produce your order. If you have a tight deadline to make, please reach out to us at support@wesellwhatstrending.com before you place your order so we can advise you on our projected time frame of completion.
